“Ian Johnston designed a replacement system for our failing EFIS. Project needed a firm with strong experience in this area. The goal being to ensure the structural integrity of the building, maintain the appearance of the original, but eliminate the stigma of EFIS with real estate industry in our area. To accomplish these goals Ian designed a natural stucco exterior compatible with our basic structure. This was a year plus project covering three buildings costing about $2,200,000. Since completing the project Ian has many times inspected the project and provided help on several issues outside the scope of the original work. Pleasantly helping on all occasions. Highly recommend him.”
