“A neighbor recommended Titus to me after she used them for a kitchen remodel, and I am so glad I trusted her recommendation! I was impressed from the beginning! My first meeting was with Stephanie, who was so excited about my project. She was very professional and laid out the process in a comprehensive and easy to understand way, complete with great hand-outs. The remodeling itself took approximately 4 months, and it could not have gone more smoothly. Travis and Jose' watched every detail and explained everything that was happening on the spot. They kept things running very smoothly with almost no down time between subs. They even finished quite a bit ahead of schedule! There were zero surprises with regards to the scope of work or the cost. They and their vendors were extremely courteous of our "space," and did everything they could to make the remodel as painless as possible. Jose' went above and beyond my expectations as the job supervisor, checking in with me almost daily, being available whenever I had a question and providing me with weekly summaries of what had been accomplished and what work would be done the following week. He continues to be a resource if I have any questions at all about my house! One additional bonus to having Titus do my work was the app they use to manage projects. I was able to look at the calendar to see who was supposed to be working at any point, it was where I could see any communications and sign documents as well as pay my invoices. I cannot say enough great things about Titus Contracting and look forward to working with them on my next remodeling project!”

“Knight Construction remodeled our kitchen, laundry room, and a bathroom, built a mudroom entry, and upgraded some closets. Throughout the whole process they did a great job. Their in-house design service helped to make navigating the overwhelming process of picking materials and finishes doable and fun. The workers were conscientious, professional, and thorough, and Knight Construction was very good about protecting areas of the house near the remodeling work but not a part of it. The finished results exceeded our expectations. The design work looked great and was also highly practical and functional.”
