“I employed On the Ball Bathroom Renovations to install a new bathroom. The bathroom required complete renovation, including building works to fit a smaller window as well as changing the position of the soil pipe within the bathroom. The job also required extensive tiling, fitting flooring (and underfloor heating), lighting and installing the bathroom suit. James provided advice and suggestions along the way and was incredibly accommodating when I changed my mind or couldn't decide which tile to go for! As with a lot of projects, there were bumps along the way, mainly due to problems with a old house filled with idiosyncrasies. Shane took these in his stride with patience and flexibility not delaying the overall project. James ensured there was no disruption to the rest of house and at the end of each cleaned up and ensured there was a working toilet. The work was reasonably priced and all additions and extra work was discussed and invoiced as agreed at the time. I would not hesitate to recommend Shane for any work and will definitely be calling on his services again. He is a consummate professional and I was happy to have him in my house for 2 weeks”

“Belinda, I cannot overstate how your vision, knowledge and meticulous execution of our bathroom/laundry/toilet room renovation has changed the day-to-day lifestyle of our family. This was not an easy renovation for you; an old property full of “surprises”, a small space that needed high functionality and a sleep-deprived client with a newborn who wasn’t able to articulate clearly her vision. Thank you for interpreting exactly what I wanted/we needed, rethinking the space to fit our needs and for handling every surprise like an absolute pro. For us, the renovation was easy, enjoyable, within budget (even with the old house “surprises) and executed to perfection.
