“The Tap End offer an end to end service and customer satisfaction is clearly their primary concern. My before and after pics show an upgrading of my fairly small ensuite bathroom, so I was keen to make best use of space. Whilst I didn't need a radical redesign, the idea to create single level window sill area and shelf over my sink is inspired - plenty of room products, towel bale etc. The products supplied my The Tap End are high quality - I love my new rain shower with hand held attachment !! Also the towel rail is a perfect choice, plenty of rungs for towels. The great thing about this company is the personal service and aftercare - they do follow up throughout to make sure its all progressing and that you are happy. No problems ringing them with queries, they respond really quickly and are lovely people to work with. In terms of prices - they are very competitive, working to a budget I did do some online research and they price match what I found, but you have the reassurance of only dealing with one company if there are any problems. I recommended a friend of mine to them for a bathroom re-furb, and she was equally delighted with the service and the results. I would recommend anyone looking at the big DIY stores to give this business a call first - you won't be disappointed !”

“"I am delighted with the bathrooms, floors and doors renovations Bathrooms of Cowbridge undertook. When I visited their showroom and got chatting to the team, I knew straight away that my project was going to be in 'good hands' and I was not disappointed. From the initial design meetings to the start of work, every detail large or small was effectively communicated to me and when the teams arrived on site everything was efficiently co-ordinated. The workmen on site were very clean and tidy and were happy to answer any questions I had and reassured me about the process. The quality of the products and their workmanship was excellent and I am beyond happy with the results. I'd highly recommend Bathrooms of Cowbridge and am waiting for them to expand into designing kitchens, as that's next on my "to-do" list!!"”

“Core and Ore advised and guided us through a myriad of materials for our home improvement projects - August 2014 to August 2016. They assisted us with sourcing suitable and beautiful choices for wall and floor tiles. We chose thin slate and porcelain sheet wall coverings, and porcelain floor tiles and also our bathroom fittings. These compliment and fit our style and the style of our house. Core and Ore had expert tile fitters, plumbers and electricians working with them so the resulting finish of the work was superb and this did justice to the quality materials that were supplied by Core and Ore. The porcelain floor tiles that were laid in 2014 throughout our home’s lower ground floor were matched in 2016 in order to continue the same surface through to our patio garden. Technical advice for the sub-structure for this outdoor room was provided by Core and Ore. All materials and any necessary replacements were supplied on time and without any fuss. Core and Ore was always quick and professional when responding to any of our queries.”
