“Metropolis did our house approx 500 sq ft addition (bedroom, bathroom and laundry area) and I have to say Jonathan and his right hand man Carlos were incredibly great to deal with – when we would run into any issues, Jonathan would provide a genius solution – also he would steer us in the right direction as far as design and aesthetics - while we watched other projects around our neighborhood stall – Jonathan and crew worked straight through and finished the project on time - the highest compliment I can give I would say I would recommend him to family and friends- thanks Jonathan”

“This is our third project with Spazio LA. If I were to stop there, that would tell you everything you need to know. Clearly we would not have continued to use them if we were not completely and utterly satisfied. Two of our projects were major home ovations, redo, and one was a relatively smaller project for a condominium revitalization. What we found most impressive about this company is their level of responsiveness. They had someone on site just about every day with whom we could meet to ask questions, make revisions, adjustments, whatever. If we had questions they were answered quickly. Not only were they personally on site, but they were easily available and accessible by text message. Always responding very quickly. They made excellent suggestions regarding product choice, and design issues. All their suggestions were both excellent in terms of form and function. They used a great architect, Raffi, who is meticulous and thorough and was a great sounding board. We bought our flooring and our tiles from their store and again their staff was very helpful in making a choice. We love what they help us. Highly recommend this group for any size project. And by the way, before I forget, what is really important is that they stayed on their timeline and our project which was a year Long was completed a week early.”

“Ron, Omri and their teams did a fantastic job with my project. I had a leak in my tile balcony. They removed the faulty tile, then re-waterproofed everything, laid new stone, and resealed it. The whole project was efficient, completed in under 3 weeks. And their communication was constant, direct and representative of the quality of work they promised from the initial quote. I would certainly hire them for projects in the futre.”
