“The whole process to replace our bathroom with Cascades Bathrooms was relatively straightforward and problem free. We had fairly clear ideas and criteria for the bathroom layout to maximise the new shower and bath size which were incorporated into the design/layout process led by Natalie following a site measure by Dave. We saw the bath we wanted in Cascades showroom and also got ideas for some of the tiles (which we confirmed with visiting the two recommended tile supplier showrooms). Having agreed the design we accepted the price for materials and installation. A site visit with Dave (showroom manager) and Karl the bathroom fitter followed to confirm the details, start date and installation. From previous experience with house renovations we understood the importance of having a good fitter and Karl did not disappoint. He discussed what he was doing throughout having stripped out the old bathroom and stud shower wall to expose the existing piping layout. Karl did an excellent job, was pleasant and professional during the several weeks of installation. The finished bathroom was exactly what we had hoped to achieve and the tiling excellent. We would have no hesitation to recommend Cascades Bathrooms to anyone wanting a high quality bathroom installation.”

“Nick and his team helped to transform our over-garage bedroom into a multi-purpose space that we absolutely love (home office/man-den/guest room). For us, the big benefit of using NG Bespoke was the complete service, from design through to fitting - he and his team coordinated everything from the plastering, electrics, heating, flooring and joinery right through to the decorating. What was a rather dull room now looks modern and clean, it's very well designed and built with great finishes. The under floor heating has also made a huge difference! 100% recommend (and we're now planning to use NG Bespoke for our kitchen refurb!).”

“In my experience there are two types of builder, the one that will always moan about how bad the previous builder (or work) was, stick rigidly to the mandate (otherwise charge extra) and leave the site looking like a rubbish tip once finished, occasionally worse! Then there is the type that simply gets on with the work, points out those little extras (that you'd omitted to mention) after they've done them and leaves the site, tidier and cleaner than it was when they arrived. For me, Gigney falls very much in the latter category. I've used him for several jobs across two properties I own and even though he has relocated to Liverpool, as he has a team in London, I still use him to this day. Best of all, he consisently does a good job, goes above and beyond when/if there is a problem and I've always found him and his team to be polite, courteous and diligent. I'd recommned Lee and his team without hesitiaton - they are my go to builder no matter how big or small the job! 5 stars.
