Badplaner & Badausstatter in Mission Viejo

“I am writing this review after our phase two renovations with Sea Pointe. This company is incredible. They were polished, professional, and always delivered exactly what they promised. Our first phase was a bathroom and fourth bedroom creation out of our loft. During the planning phase, they took all the precautions to ensure our three boys under 8 were safe and our life was minimally disrupted. We even added flooring replacement to their tasks for this phase and they still delivered with only a week extension for our own change order. The second phase we had our master bath and stair railing with some accessory work in our house to match the beautiful work they had already done (hall cabinet, fans and can lights in our other boys rooms). They were on time and sent updates every week on how the work would be completed, same as the first phase. At the end, my husband and I both feel like we live in a hotel and every penny we spent was worth it. To our designer, Mike. Thank you so much for listening and making our wildest dreams come true. We felt so heard and supported the entire way. Johnny, our project manager, thank you for always keeping us in the loop and giving us zero stress during a renovation that spanned from May 2025 to now, May 2026. Your attention to detail and organization made this such a smooth experience. To all the incredible craftsman that made our 1970s home a hotel: Lincoln, Zack, Luissin, Jorge, Antonio, Cristian. Thank you so much for the ways you showed up every day seen and unseen and made our dreams a reality. We will 100% be contacting you all when we are ready for a kitchen. As a full time working mom of three, this company made renovations easy. You pay for unicorn magic and you get it. Happy to be contacted further for details.”

“We had the absolute pleasure of working with Julie Wu from Preferred Kitchen and Bath for a full renovation of our home in Walnut, California—and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Having recently relocated from Washington State to Southern California, we truly hit the jackpot when we found Julie and her incredible team. From day one, Julie impressed us with her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. She and her team carefully mapped out every step of the renovation process and maintained clear, consistent communication with us throughout. We always felt involved and informed, and their ability to stick to a well-structured timeline made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Julie's intuitive understanding of our design preferences. We were able to discuss style ideas with ease, and she instinctively knew how to bring our vision to life. Our outdated kitchen and three bathrooms were completely transformed into fresh, modern, and highly functional spaces that now feel like a dream come true. Every member of the Preferred Kitchen and Bath team was courteous, skilled, and dedicated. It was evident that they all took great pride in their work, and their craftsmanship shows in every detail of our newly remodeled home. If you're looking for a talented, reliable, and thoughtful designer for your renovation, we highly recommend Julie Wu and the entire team at Preferred Kitchen and Bath. They exceeded our expectations in every way and made our transition to our new home even more special. Thank you, Julie, for turning our vision into a beautiful reality!”

“JC's Custom Cabinetry replaced all the cabinets, flooring and shower walls in our home. The work consisted of over 100lf of custom designed maple cabinets for the kitchen, media centers, bath vanities, office. alcoves ,laundry areas. There was approximately 2500 sq. ft. of wood, 800 sq ft marble flooring installed. The four bathrooms were remodeled with 800 sq ft of marble walls and flooring. In addition JC designed and installed 90 lf of custom closet cabinets. The project also included the installation of custom baseboard, crown molding and granite counter tops. Since the magnitude of the project involved every room the work had to be phased to provide continuous living space. The cooperation and coordination provided by Javier through out the project was excellent. Lines of communication were always open with the field crew and greatly benefited resolving any issues in a timely manner. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the exceptional quality of craftsmanship and professionalism provided through out the project.”
