“Hello James Hardie, I am Greg Kapitan "Kapitan The Siding Man" of Texas Home Exteriors in Houston and The Woodlands Texas. I have been using the James Hardie Siding Products for over ten years here in the Houston, Southeast Texas metro area. In the job photos below, we used HardiePlank Select Cedarmill 8 1/4" with 7" exposure as it is one of most popular Hardie Siding products in the southeast Texas Houston market. Attached is an example of some of the work we've done using the well-known HardiePlank product, it looks great and resists decay. “As homeowners designing and constructing our own home, we have often encountered resistance and difficulties working with manufacturers and vendors who prefer to work with customers who are in the buildings trade. This, however, was not the case with BankerWire. We were treated professionally during the bidding and design process. We also received valuable and timely assistance. The stair railing panels they provided to us were of high quality and met the design specs without the need of further modifications. In conclusion, we could not be more pleased with the final outcome.”

“My wife and I chose an old classic Southern home design by William E. Poole. To accomplish the exterior detail intended by the architect, we needed to buy high quality columns, railings, balustrades, window trip, fascia and soffit moldings. Sergey at Architectural Mall stepped up and not only provided all of the materials with high quality, but gave us excellent installation advice along the way. The end result is awesome! Very happy.”

“M and L Flooring was recommended to me by a coworker. They installed hardwood floors on about half of the floor space in my home 2 years ago. I was impressed by their professionalism and by the finished product. Bill S., the salesperson, also did an excellent job of assisting with floor selection. The workers were always very prompt and considerate. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I hired M and L to install flooring for the rest of the floor space in my home this summer. They have begun work on the project. Once again, I feel so fortunate to be working with them. The ceramic tile that Bill S. recommended is perfect. They also have done a great job of working with a "problem floor" in my master bathroom. Workers at the company have also been very flexible and have worked on the same days with another company that I hired to do plumbing and some other installations. They will return to complete the project once a whirlpool tub has been installed by the other company. Once again they are going above and beyond what might be expected of them. I highly recommend them.”

“Jodie is meticulous in her description of what's on offer. If you are remodeling, call her early to post your materials. Check her website often. Since removal is done by the buyer, you will experience extreme care rather than demolition chaos. And you will know good materials found a new home rather than rotting in landfills.”
