“JKL Dev't replaced two fireplaces - one inside and one outside - at my residence and did some cosmetic work on the house. His employees and his subcontractors all were resectful of me and my property. They made sure to leave the worksite clean when the day's work was completed. Jeff's prices for the projects he did were within standards for the high quality of work performed. I would certainly recommend Jeff's skills to a friend or relative and I will use his services again.”

“Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.”

“Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a bad spot like I did. Cheers”

“Top Remodeling Construction remodelled my kitchen and I’m blown out of the water by their expert service, not only the remodel itself but their customer service as well. Out of all the companies that came for our initial quote this company stood out to us because they were on time, provided us with detailed knowledge to every question we had, and worked with us to make sure we were going to get exactly what we wanted. The remodel was easy, they checked with us every step of the way, and also kept us in the loop of every step. I’m extremely happy I chose them for our remodel. “Fairless Homes was wonderful to work with! This was a long distance complete remodel (we currently live in Connecticut) and it could not have gone smoother. We also remodeled our backyard pool and patio area. They had many good ideas and suggestions. Communication during the project was excellent. We received frequent updates and photos of the progress. All of their subcontractors were also easy to work with and professional. Our newly remodeled home is beautiful and has exceeded our expectations!”

“I HIGHLY recommend Ilan and the team from Jerezee to any and all! We recently purchased a house and wanted to do a (medium sized) renovation prior to moving in. We had a general idea of what we wanted, however needed guidance on what would be possible, both structurally and financially. Ilan and his team were incredibly thorough and walked us through every step of the renovation, from the initial consultation & design through the completion of the project. They were extremely communicative throughout the process, provided a thorough outline of the sequence of events, and executed on agreed upon the timeline. The Jerezee team was always available and happy to address our questions & feedback, while providing fantastic suggestions that helped us through design. The whole team was competent and friendly, but most importantly the quality of work was top notch and we are THRILLED with the result. We are still deciding on what our next home remodeling project is going to be - however we do know that Ilan and his team at Jerezee will be our go to contractor for all our upcoming projects. Addition: At 2am on New Years Eve/Day we had small fire coming out of one of our electrical sockets. After the fire department left (and we knew all was safe), we were concerned that something got screwy with the electric we just updated. I texted Ilan at 9am and he and the electrician were at our house by 10:30am on NEW YEARS DAY. Turns out it was something small on our outside electric socket and unrelated to the construction. I will not forget the fact that they left their families and rushed over without a question to ensure all was okay. They are true partners.”
