“Mike and the team at Blue Pine were fantastic in renovating my 100+ year-old farmhouse. This was a challeging project with lots of uncertainty about what we would find after tearing out years of "insulation" made up of cardboard, newspaper, wood chips and more. Bad plumbing and patched up electrical lines added to the excitement of the project. There was a lot of wood rot and water damage in the exterior framing and one area of the house had no foundation! All of these surprises were handled with creative ways of staying on budget but promising a final product that was acceptable to me. Responsiveness and good communications were available throughout the project. I am very happy with the outcome and do not hesitate to recommend this local company.”
