“We hired Built by Krueger to complete a major renovation of our home, including a complete remodel of all of our bathrooms and a comprehensive overhaul of our landscaping. It was a large, complex project involving many different trades, and our experience with Built by Krueger was outstanding. From the outset, Matt and Brian Krueger and their team (Shella Burton et al) were organized, professional, and exceptionally communicative. They coordinated seamlessly with our interior designer, kept us informed throughout the project, and consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality and attention to detail. The craftsmanship throughout the project is excellent, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. One aspect of the project that particularly impressed us was their project management. The project was delivered within the agreed budget, with the only cost increases resulting from changes that we requested ourselves. The schedule slipped slightly because of longer-than-anticipated lead times for custom glass installation—something largely outside their control—but otherwise the project remained well managed and moved forward efficiently. Just as importantly, their commitment did not end when construction was complete. They have been proactive in following up on punch-list items and the few minor warranty issues that naturally arise in a project of this size.
