“The canopy in my garden was out of level and the roof was sagging, John & Liam recommended putting a steel RSJ in to straighten out the roof and it solved the problem of me not wanting multiple brick pillars across the patio. Roof has now been retired, and fascia’s and soffits have been boxed around the steel. Downpipes are being installed tomorrow along with the leadwork which will finish off this roof repair nicely. I would definitely recommend Rudders Roofing Stafford on their advice, ethic, quality and availability. Thanks Shane”

“Living Design and Build – loft conversion May 2017. Having carried out various extensions / alterations on our house, the last possible place to go was up ! Having originally contacted Jon in the January from other work they were carrying out in the Village, we found himself to be very pleasant to deal with, from the first point of contact, drawing up some plans and explaining everything along the way. The quote was very reasonable with clear payments made out. The loft was started in May and took just over 8 weeks. We had the pleasure of Phil and Paul for the majority of the build, very hard working lads given the job they had to do, they managed to transform the old dusty loft space into a great sized room. We found them both easy to talk to, polite and explained all of the things they were going to do. Towards the end, John and Grant the carpenters again kept the standards up. From plumbers, to the electrician, who kept in touch with us to ask our requirements, Living Design and build are a very good company to deal with, very knowledgeable with what they do with Jon always on hand to answer your questions.
