“House extension design and build services from LCCL construction, was professional, trustworthy on time and budget. Found them to be very reliable, do as they say and make sure all is to the high standard of finish. We heavily relied on them to deliver the project successfully as we both work full time and have a daughter with no time for build, LCCL construction construction made sure all it is executed perfectly to our expectations and timelines, design took 3 months, the build itself construction part was completed very quickly within a month whole extension was build externally and internally took a other month and half including kitchens and windows which was very impressive. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service throughout - I highly recommend Plusrooms and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Three things really stand out compared to other firms we've used in the passed: Firstly, they know the work extremely well - they focus on extensions and conversions of London property and they clearly had extensive experience doing jobs exactly like ours (side-return on a victorian mid-terrace). They had seen it all before an knew exactly what to expect. Secondly, they really understand their clients. Major building works can be incredibly stressfull, particularly when juggling jobs and kids etc etc. Plusrooms really understand this and our project manager (Scott) was exceptional. Thirdly, their workmanship is top-quality (plenty of photos online that show this). I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.”

“My wife and I had our loft conversion done by Ash Island back in January and February and couldn't be happier with the end result. From the very start, with our first meeting with Matt to discuss our plans, all the way through to completion, they were fantastic throughout. The construction team were always on time each day, kept us updated with the schedule, made sure the property was kept as clean as possible, always found solutions to tricky problems, resolved the few issues there were straight away and completed the work in a quick timeframe and to a brilliant standard. The neighbours also commented on how good Ash Island were! We are so happy that we chose Ash Island and highly recommend them to anyone else looking to have a loft conversion done.”
