Mike found that the roof was not installed properly where it butts against the siding of the second story. He fixed it for less than $2K. That was 2 years ago and I’ve not had a problem since. He is a really nice, decent guy and I highly recommend him!”

“I hired WC Rott to re-install gutters on one side of my house, add/tie in another side, and put new gutters on my garage.
WC Rott does excellent work. I was very happy with the final product. Although the sales estimator creeped me out a little, he went through their business philosophy. I like that they use full-time employees, don't subcontract, and it sounds like their employees are treated well.
They are not cheap!!! I made a split second decision, and wished I had gone with another quote that was almost 1/2 the cost, and was from another reputable company. I tried to cancel the contract, but was not able to do so without paying almost 1/2 of the total cost. For my small job, I was unhappy with that.
All in all, I'm VERY happy with the quality of the work done. If you want to pay extra to feel good about supporting a company that [likely] treats they workers like real people, I would recommend them. If you want a good job done without paying (what I feel is) too much, use someone else.”

“We hired Wayne Miller to roof and side our cottage on Lake Ontario. He promptly responded to our initial phone call and gave us a very fair price for roofing and siding after listening to our ideas. He had a dedicated 10 man crew who efficiently removed our old roof and installed the new one. The crew was fantastic in cleaning up after the installation. For the siding he had a husband and wife team who were detail oriented and gave good suggestions as they worked on the cottage. We could not be happier with the results. We now have our "Nantucket Cottage" and have received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors. We highly recommend Wayne Miller for your roofing and siding needs.”
