“Lowes had just delivered and installed a brand new dryer at my home and it didn't work. My old dryer worked earlier that day. Lowes installation crew told me I needed an electrician or return the dryer and be left without one. I tried shutting the power off to my home, turned it back on and tried to reset the breaker to the dryer. It wouldn't reset. I must've called 20 different electricians and NO ONE could come out for at least a week. One electrician in Woodinville was willing to come out for $295/hr + tax to "look into" my issue AND still wasn't willing or able to come out to Gold Bar. I called Dickson Electric and Kurt advised me that the Lowes delivery and installation techs did something wrong. He walked me through the process, over the phone on how to reset my circuit breaker and get my new dryer going...and didn't charge me a thing! WOW!!!!! It's so amazing that there are genuinely honest people doing business! Dickson Electric is honest and forthright and I recommend them to all I know.”

There was some confusion about coordinating with the HVAC team’s installation, but 24/7 was able to accommodate me and get the panel replaced very quickly after the AC was installed. “My wife and I live in a wonderful 1906 era Green Lake home here in Seattle. We recently completed a major kitchen remodel this past Spring and Matt Ryder @ SeaTown Electric was a complete gem in handling all the electrical prep work in advance for this remodel. Matt made constructive and meaningful suggestions (e.g. under cabinet lighting) further explaining the rationale as the benefits of such upgrades and improvements. He also facilitated with his great team (e.g. Niki and Makayla) all the respective City of Seattle permit formalities and inspection scheduling.
