“I chose this company because of the number of great reviews online and I don’t regret it! My garage door had broken suddenly, and we had no idea what the process was for either fixing or replacing it. I called Pioneer and Liz answered right away. She was extremely helpful and patient, and scheduled Steve to come out the next day to take a look at the door and give us options. Steve spent a lot of time with us explaining the process for either fixing or replacing, and we ended up going with a new door and lift. The prices quoted were great. On install day, they showed up at the scheduled time and got to work. Our door turned out to be a larger project than anticipated due to some of the frame needing to be reinforced, issues with the track, etc. They did all of the extra work without question or complaint, for the original quoted amount. Two of the door panels did not sit perfectly due to a factory defect (such a minor defect that they actually needed to point it out to me), so they ordered new panels and came out and replaced them right away. They even re-programmed the time on my new door opened when the came back, when they saw that I had not had the time to set it up myself. Any time I had a question and emailed Liz, she responded promptly and with all the information I needed. I have worked with other contractors for other issues, and none of them have been as pleasant to deal with as Pioneer Garage Door.
