“On a scale of five stars, our experience with owner Maitland Fritzley and all of the good folks who work at Infinite was ten star worthy! A veritable font of knowledge on all things Audio Visual, Maitland was on time and well prepared for every meeting, could answer our questions in as many levels of detail as we wanted and always in language we could understand. (Although, truly, Maitland and his team are among those A-V geniuses who operate on a different wave length than we were mortals. :-) ) Maitland's team which included in our work his wife Katie (who Maitland says is the 'brains of the operation'), and Dave and Joe, were shining star examples of the principal "quality first" in their work for low voltage wiring they did they did for our custom home as well as doing the sound system throughout the house and providing multiple televisions and hook ups. They were able to make excellent recommendations on products and provided the same at fair prices. We had a most disappointing experience with the General Contractor and many of the subs he hired have had to come back multiple times to fix their errors. Maitland and his team got everything exactly right the first time and precisely on time. In the few occasions when we needed questions answered their response was speedy. And we very much appreciated that Infinite's proposals and billing records were always line item detailed and easy to understand. This is our fourth custom home build in the last 25 years but our first in Idaho. We have worked with great companies for A-V in those past builds and as good as they were, they were not as excellent as is Infinite. We highly recommend Infinite Home Media for audio visual needs from small to large.”

Our switch from cable TV to using local channels and then tying into Pluto, Roku and many others was absolutely wonderful. We never realized how Dish was manipulating what we watched and how much we paid for a lesser product. Dr. The Signal changed our system, made sure that everything was working correctly and that we understood our options on how our new system worked. Also the price we paid was reasonable and we saved money the very next month when we dumped Dish. We'd highly recommend this company if you are thinking of "cutting the string".”

“Scott did a great job with the outdoor lighting. His eye for detail and how he lit up the home, accenting the structure as well as the landscape elements was truly artistic. Our home is awesome to view at night and Scott really made it happen. We used Low voltage LED up and down lighting to create effects rather than any path lighting which you see as more of the traditional way most people do it. Can't say enough for Scott and his crew. “We used media7 to wire cable and ethernet for a new construction job. We also had them install in-ceiling speakers, install an attic antenna, and mount a TV above our fireplace. All cables were labeled, worked, and nicely terminated into a wall panel. Their service after the sale is impressive! We have a tricky location right below foothills to get over-the-air signal. Their techs never rested adjusting the antenna until we had EVERY channel available. They could have easily said that was the best they could do, but kept at it! The installers were friendly, knowledgable, polite and clean. Took off their shoes, cleaned up any debris they created. Top notch! Pricing was fair for labor and they don’t mark up hardware beyond what you’d pay at big box stores. In this age of so much mediocrity in the trades, it was very refreshing to have folks that care and want you to have a great product. Happy to have a go-to for my low-voltage needs.”
