“Artists, craftsmen and experts in any field are generally quite demanding, very particular and only seem happy when things are precisely how they think they should be. Bryant is no exception! He does not quit until a clients vision is realized and his own sense of excellence is met. It's a shame to work for any vendor with standards any lower than this. I have shot a few home theaters in my time. Because of frame rates and the lighting we bring, we usually need to drop in a simulated image of the screen in post. Still, I like to have an image on screen while we work to capture the surrounding glow from the image and frankly, jam to while we shoot. At his latest job, Bryant popped in the latest Foo Fighters Concert CD and I was blown away! I really don't have the words to describe how great it looked and sounded. My wife is a big fan of this band and my first thought was, "She has GOT to see this!" “I can't say enough good things about Chris, Rob and their crew. They were professional, creative and easy to work with. They took a bland lifeless room and made it into an amazing media room that is the envy of our friends and neighbors. We are now THE destination for the Super Bowl, the Final Four and random movie nights. The room we had done had basic wiring done by the builder for a projector and surround sound - but nothing further. The Audio Video Concepts team transformed it - putting in both functional aspects such as 3 rows of tiered seating, a wet bar and an eat at bar - as well as aesthetic details like faux column work along the walls that matched other columns in the house. In selecting the components - they looked at both quality and cost. They didn't just pick the highest priced items - but suggested quality items that gave us the most bang for the buck (functionality we wanted without giving us a bunch of stuff we wouldn't use). How do I know it's quality? Because 3 and a half years later - we've only had 1 item give us trouble - and the guys were able to get it fixed under warranty. We would absolutely hire these guys again.”

“AWESOME…. Carolina Custom Mounts These guys do great work. They aren’t the ‘cheapest,’ but Far from the most expensive. Before choosing Carolina Custom Mounts, if I had any questions or needed additional information, I would text Alan. He would answer by text . . . usually within minutes! When Alan was here to spec the job, there was also a cable TV tech here. He said, “I’ve seen their work, they do a great job.” I wanted to add Dolby ‘Atmos’ top speakers to a 14’ ceiling. Alan was the ONLY ‘professional’ who could do what we wanted. He visited us twice and like a ferret climbed through the crawlspace and into the attic to be sure they could do what I wanted. Alan was very considerate of my budget. I needed to also upgrade the AV/Receiver. Alan could not get what I wanted in time. So, he offered, for the same price, another brand, with upgraded features. I wanted Klipsch speakers. He found speakers made by Klipsch, but at a lower cost. We needed some additional Ethernet cables and jacks installed. He also pre-wired the attic for an OTA (over-the-air antenna) should we decide to get rid of cable. We have In-The-Wall: 1 center speaker, 2 back speakers and 2 In-The-Ceiling overhead Atmos speakers. Everything looks and sounds GREAT. We wanted the TV above the fireplace, and we wanted to use only the “Down-And-Out” mount by Dynamic Mounting . Alan and his associates mounted our current 47” TV. I asked him to try to compensate the mount install to handle a future new 55” to 65” TV. They did that and it works and looks great. We had 4 ‘professionals’ quote us. It was only Carolina Custom Mounts who could do it all and meet my budget. They scheduled everything just a few days out and completed the job in one day. The others quoting was a guy local to Belmont NC area. I had to call him 3 times over a period of a week just to get a quote. We have not seen his work, and were not confident he could do what we needed or get the Dynamic Mount. Another, don’t recall name, from further away was higher priced, did not convince me that he could put speakers in a 14’ ceiling. He also seemed kind of confused about the type of mount I wanted. Audio Advice, Pineville. They came the next day to review specs and offered a quote the following day. They were the most expensive. Their rep looked in the attic and told me speakers could not be placed in the ceiling. They didn’t carry some components that I wanted…so I would have to purchase those on my own. They were the most expensive (over 2 times Carolina Custom Mounts price) and had the longest lead-time. . . over 3 weeks. My wife and I are very pleased with Carolina Custom Mounts. They are professional, know what they are doing and work with you to meet your budget and schedule.”

“We used Marshall's to upgrade our audio/video (tvs, blue rays, URC mobile, outdoor speakers, internet upgrade, etc.) in our home and back yard and put in video cameras for security purposes. I am generally disappointed with virtually every contractor I have used - but that is not the case with Brian and Scott. They are timely, respectful and take the time to explain.
