“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”

“I hired Victor and his team to clean up the mess another service provider created and I could not be more pleased with the results. They really took the time to understand the role audio and video play in our household, and in turn provided a solution to meet all of our current, and amazingly future, needs. Victor is always a text away and has continued to field my calls long after the project is closed out. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for this service.”

“We hired OSAV to install lutron lighting and shades control in our home. The level of professionalism and technical aptitude is unmatched. We are beyond happy! Since the initial installation we've hired them again to upgrade our wifi and wired network and they really delivered. Our new system is so much faster, more reliable, and cost a fraction of what our previous system cost. I cannot recommend OSAV enough! “I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”
