“We recently worked with Sound Environments (SE) for an integrated automation system for our new custom home. We were looking for a company that understood automation systems and that could work with us on designing a user friendly-not overly complex system. SE were recommended to us by our construction manager. We started working together by walking the house during the framing stage and discussing our requirements. Knowing our desires, SE were very helpful defining the scope. SE then provided us a proposal to rough-in wire the system and a separate proposal to finish the system (equipment, installation and programming). The rough-in work was completed in accordance with the construction schedule. Because of our doing, a lot of the work to finish the system occurred while we were in the house. SE were very good at coordinating the timing of this work with us and this overlap helped us understand the system and fine tune the programming. The scope of the work included networking and WiFi system, security camera system, automation and communication system, audio system, room visual systems, lighting system, window blind automation and golf simulator system. We recommend Sound Enviroments. They helped us scope the work, provided easy to understand and fairly priced proposals and the installation work was very good. In addition, any time we have a question, they have been responsive.”

“Keith was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and flexible. He really worked with me to get my home theater installed and running, even though we hit a few snags along the way. He also worked hard on his part to get me some good deals on the hardware and I am very happy with his service and his work. I was sad that the project ended! Work completed: 1. Mount and run power for motorized ceiling projector screen 2. Mount projector and run power 3. Rewire light switches to run neutral and install smart switches (x5) 4. Install new outlets (under stair storage and and under kitchen sink) and replace some outlets with GFCI 5. Purchase Klipsch 5.1 surround system (in-wall) and install 6. Procure receiver ad run power, setup and troubleshooting 7. Rip out old legacy ecobee thermostat, install Nest with C-connector”

“It was a sound decision we made as a church to hire Cloud 9 AV for installation of the sound system. Right from the call to Kevin, who has sent us an efficient technician Dave who visited the church as well as explained in detail with patience the best equipment needed for the church. The pricing was perfect and much much lower than we anticipated, however not compromising with quality. Amazing and hats off to the team. Finally I will need to give a big shout out for Rob and Harris who installed everything neatly, seamless and with no wires seen outside. Overall 3 best qualities to define the Dave, Rob & Harris - knowledgeable, patient and efficient Finally excellent team and company to work with for any sound system needs.
