“My AC went out while I was on vacation and I came back to a super hot house. I called my warranty company and they were little to no help. They told me that they could get to me next week and offered me a pretty high quote that included my warranty discount. To be fair to my warranty company I wanted the whole system replaced, but they were still way too high on the price. I called Aire Serv, they came out the next day and had everything installed. They gave me a temp AC unit to use until they could finish. The sales staff was very courteous and the install staff was great. Everything was done as asked within 24 hours and at a few K's cheaper than my other quotes. My one complaint would be that after the install, I had some questions that never got answered. I realize it was a super busy time, so I don't blame them too much.”
