“Integrity's response time is same day. They worked on my old package unit a couple of times a year, keeping it running when it started getting old and failing. One time he worked on the unit for three hours in the dark so I could sleep in cool air. When it finally reached its end, they credited the work they had already done on it that season back to the new unit they installed for me. The new Lennox is a dream and they installed it in only a few hours at the estimated price.”
