“The scope of our home remodel project included a total remodel (re-do) of our ground floor living area, including kitchen & breakfast area (re-purposed to a dining area), dining room (repurposed to a lounge, coffee, wet bar) , living room, master bathroom, his/her master closet, and upstairs bathroom. The scope included substantial layout/wall modifications (e.g. we completed reconfigured our kitchen to include an island), refinished wood floors, added new tile floors & plumbing & lighting fixtures (inc. showers) in the bathrooms, all new paint, all new cabinets & appliances, all new lighting, replaced an old fireplace with a modern fireplace, and added all new furnishings & floor coverings. We also choose to update our master bedroom (new paint, rug, bedding), and powder room bathroom (new wall paper, lighted mirror, plumbing fixtures) as added scope. Needless to say -- a major job. We worked with the Interiology staff for over an year to complete the design, make selections, plan the work, etc. We used a general contractor recommended by Interiology, and the general contractor employed several sub-contractors for plumbing, electrical, tiling, flooring, etc. It took about 7 months to complete about 98% of the work (as expected), and then another 1-2 months to finish the remaining 2% (not expected). All in all, our objectives were met and we are happy with the results. We would recommend Interiology to others.”

“I worked with Ana and her team on several projects for our home over a few years, including a gut renovation of our basement, and a complete redesign of our first and second floors. Over the course of this time, Ana has helped us to transform our 100 yr old home into a place that feels truly unique and reflective of our personal style, while also being a practical, livable home for our family. The overall design and specific pieces that selected for our home are beautiful and interesting, and the materials fully considered our young children. Ana worked within our budget and was comfortable incorporating the pieces we already had and planned to keep - other designers we spoke with would not do this. In addition, Ana happily provided input into outdoor projects and art purchases that were not part of the projects we did with her, but where I asked for her input to ensure items/colors I selected were consistent with the overall design of our home. We get so many compliments on our home from visitors and would work with Ana again for future projects.”

“I fell in love with Lisa's work after seeing her own house on-line, and had high expectations based on other projects I'd seen that she'd done. Lisa and her team were a pleasure to work with, and did not disappoint. LTD helped us create not just a beautiful house that could be anyone's, but a home that is uniquely ours. She nails classic without being boring, pulls off unique without being too far out there, and manages to make everything gorgeous without being pretentious. It was important to our family for our home to feel inviting and casual, despite it's being on the large side. It's beautiful, but our young kids and their friends still feel comfortable coming in and plopping down on the couch. Speaking of young kids, Lisa and her team are also well-versed in keeping the environment and materials in homes as healthy and chemical-free as possible, which is something that is important to us, and not all that common among designers. She managed to give it a wow factor without being too trendy, all while fostering togetherness and keeping it cozy even though it's not small. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a designer who will listen, make things easy, and create an environment that they feel lucky to call home.”
