“As I write this I’m sitting in my fantastic new living room, which is an excellent example of the outstanding work that Annie and her team did for us on our rebuild. 5 months after moving back into our house, we love everything that the Lowengart team did for us, and we are grateful for all the advice, hard work and support that they provided throughout the process. It was pretty clear that the interior design, furnishings and layout of the house would turn out really well. We knew Annie and her team were pros, and we expected the result to be top-notch based on her portfolio and our initial conversations. A very pleasant surprise was how comfortable and inviting the final choices ended up being. It just feels like home. Something that was very important to us was that our designer took the time to really understand what we wre looking for and would be very collaborative in the design process. This is an area where the Lowengart team went well beyond our expectations. They really “Got” what we were looking for, and made sure that we were heard and the choices truly reflected our styles and had a personal touch. One of the things that really impressed me about Lowengart Interior’s approach was their rigor around planning and budgeting. The project management was incredibly professional and effective - everything was accounted for, tracked, and delivered. As you would expect with a project of this scope, there were a few things that didn’t turn out as planned. Annie and her team were 100% focused on making sure we were happy with the final result, and were great partners all the way through. Finally, as the “Finance Department” for the project, I am incredibly grateful for the detail and consideration around budgeting and cost management. There were no surprises over the course of the 2+ years we worked with her team, which is simply remarkable. We even came in a few dollars under budget… I cannot recommend Annie and her team highly enough. We love the result, and we are so appreciative of the great partnership and service we received.”
