“I have been fortunate to have Jennifer Patterson, at Terra Designs Interiors, work with me on remodeling and redecorating projects throughout the first floor of our home. The terms for purchasing new items, her design fee and administrative fee are written in detail and explained in the contract. Lorraine has followed each proposal with an invoice and has been prompt with installations.
