“I was shocked to discover that no one sold the kind of fireplace cover that I was looking for. I found screens, but no real covers to block the air and bugs from traveling down my fireplace. When I finally discovered a real fireplace cover for my fireplace, I was relieved! Fireplace Love's staff was professional and friendly and helped me find the right measurements for my fireplace, and they created a custom-made fireplace cover just me me. “PLEASE use Brick + Ember for any and all chimney needs. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. We were selling our home and needed to have work done on the chimney for the new owners. In attempting to find a company to do this work, I called multiple companies and Brick + Ember was THE ONLY one to call back. After speaking with Lauren who understood the tight timeline I was on, she had me scheduled and Kevin Tackett was there to inspect/quote the job. Kevin was pleasant, called ahead as promised and very engaging. He took time to explain the scope of work and that I had no questions. The next morning I received a follow up call from Bonnie to make sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns....who does that....Brick + Ember does that. The team that was on site, was very pro-active in scheduling, calling they were on the way, and incredibly polite and highly skilled. Brick + Ember was even able to transition between us and the new owner for the final day of work. Brick + Ember has INCREDIBLE customer service, workmanship and follow up to insure you are 100% taken care of.
