“Just had my fireplace updated by NW Hearth & Home and LOVE how it turned out. I'm not much of an interior designer, so I asked them for their advice on some of the details. They were very helpful and I appreciated their input on what would look good in my home. It felt like I had my own HGTV crew remodeling my fireplace! I found Dave and his crew to be very professional.They were very clean and tidy during the work and did a great job. What I appreciated the most is that they took care of everything which made it so much easier. They even fixed the drywall after taking down the old fireplace bricks. The only down side was that it took a while for the mantel and some of the fireplace parts to arrive since they were customized. All in all, it was well worth the wait. I can't wait to show off my new fireplace!”

“Ara was recommended through our designer. He custom built our fireplaces, kitchen hood and custom made all the limestone trim around my home. Ara was very knowledgable and guided me through the process. Great artistic ability and a pleasure to work with. His team wss very professional and met the timelines. The end results are beautiful.”

“The owner of the company drove quite a distance to talk with us about the possibility of a pellet insert for our home to reduce heating costs. . We were so impressed with his knowledge, and consideration for our situation. In the end, he felt that there might be better alternatives for our situation than the products he sells. We were so amazed with his honesty, and putting our needs before his business.”

“We are thrilled with our new fireplace doors! They are beautiful and made with the highest quality craftsmanship and materials. Every aspect of the doors has been done with an understanding of how it will affect everyday use and maintenance. The glass doors fold back for easy cleaning. The draft control is heavy duty. The fit and finish are outstanding! The gold plating over brass means that the finish will not tarnish or be affected by heat over time. Jerry even supplied spare glass for the doors in the event of breakage! The care with which the doors were installed was a pleasure to watch. The word heirloom comes to mind as these doors will probably last for centuries. They are beautiful! Jerry is a master and we would recommend him to anyone that wants the highest quality! 5 of 5 stars.”

“We worked with Heather on a Gas Insert project for our home in Steilacoom. It was absolutely incredible how much she knew about not only fireplace inserts, but construction concepts, codes, and just an overall vision of how the job should go. (Just off a couple pictures from my phone that I showed her) This was even before they came out to the house. When Scott came out to our house to verify what we had talked about, we could tell we were in good hands. He discussed a couple options we could do to customize the look of our fireplace and showed us how everything would go in. They put us on the schedule right there on the spot. Their Installer Trevor is a great guy. He is so polite and personable. They put down tarps and protected the furniture as they did their job. It came out great. We are so pleased and of course, we are down right cozy.”
