“I came across Hearth Manor while looking online for an heirloom fire pit, something that would last beyond the box store 1-2 year life expectancy. The reviews were stellar across the board and their reputation seemed too good to be true! I decided to reach out and see for myself. I left a message for them to contact me at their earliest convenience to discuss my needs. They promptly returned my call and answered all my questions regarding the products they carry and offered helpful suggestions regarding useful accessories, etc... I took the plunge and ordered an Iron Embers Octagonal Cottager with spark screen. My fire pit is due to arrive in the next few weeks and I can't wait to add this lovely element to our backyard. My little family will definitely make good use of it during our time of isolation. Thank you folks at Hearth Manor for your professional courtesy and quick turnaround in these trying times. “Great deal! We shopped around prior to walking in here, so we knew what we were looking for. The salesperson here gave us a fair price including installation. We put in the order, they delivered on time & installed it. I have no complaints. Typically when there is an installation involved anything could happen but the installers did a great job. They even patched up the hole they put in the wall to connect the gas pipe. If I ever needed another fireplace I would come back to Igne Ferro in a heartbeat.”

“Basement (walk-out) Fireplace - Brick Veneer Surround with gas fire box inserted. House in London ON. Contacted Stone Selex and they mailed me a Catalog - was fast and very quick. Called "installation" Dept & was given Lucas. He & his Assistant were a breeze to deal with. Selected my REAL STONE (Natural ledge Series - Rustic) is what we ended up with - after couple of emails back & forth. Lucas delivered a QUOTE and SCHEDULED the work to be done. This was especially great as we have had lots of 'part-time tile-trades people' come to look at the job AND NON would give reference's of past jobs done! ##redflag## The crew turned on up the scheduled date (shocked that actually drive from Toronto with all the gear & stuff) ##happy customer## They laid down enough protection for the new hardwood floors -went about doing their work. Jobs done and place was left clean and they even took their 'trash' !! (still have the original tillers trash where he keeps promising to come take it - nearly 12 mths now!) Thanks Lucas and his team. Much appreciated for the excellent work - fireplace looks amazing! - Have been very comfortable to tell lots of visitors that asked - "Stone Selex is the place to go"”
