“Have used them a couple of times. The first time, we had a VERY backed up garbage disposal (backing up into the dishwasher). Called on a Sunday, and someone was here by 10am Monday morning. Finished the work in an hour, super friendly, explained things so I could understand and dealt with two big dogs who were very interested in what he was doing. Even bailed the dishwasher for me when he was done. All this was $220.
The kicker though was I had run some water in the bathroom that looked very cloudy. When I asked him about it, he speculated they were doing some work on pipes somewhere in the neighborhood. Ten minutes after he left, he actually called me to say he found where they were doing the work and let me know what I needed to do to get the water to drinking condition until the construction was done.
We've also called them with questions about plumbing that they'll answer over the phone - and let you know whether a service call is really needed. Very honest and just great all around.”

“Walter and his team did an outstanding job as part of my kitchen remodel in a 70 year old home. In the 12 years living at our home, hiring various plumbers, they came up with solutions to problems no one has ever suggested. They replaced extremely clogged 70 year old galvanized pipes with copper - solving our diminishing water pressure issues. Most of the remodel work was done in a 4’ crawlspace. They rerouted a new sink location, new washer, new frig, new outside hose, old sprinkler system, etc. replacing lead and steel pipes with copper. For new drains, they devised a clever new PVC route - bypassing an ancient grease trap. They cut through an ancient cast iron main drain and replaced that with all new PVC. They worked closely with our main contractor, talked us through what they determined was the best solutions, and performed what I thought was impossible in just three weeks. Super nice guys who have been a team for over 5 years. I’ll be hiring them again in the Spring and beyond to do some CIPP sewer lining under our street, Niles won’t pay for that, and new pipes for our bathroom shower. Finally, based on market trends, their price is very reasonable.”
