“Design 1 Kitchen & Bath recently completed a master bathroom project for us. We worked with Eliza Bigelow on the design concept and she successfully interpreted our tastes and requirements to turn our vision into a stunning reality. The entire project was expertly coordinated from start to finish. We were kept informed with clear communications every step of the way. Information regarding start date, contractor arrival times, material deliveries and payment schedule exceeded our expectations. All contractors were friendly, professional, trustworthy, reliable and punctual. Their quality of work and attention to detail was of a high standard. They were respectful of our home and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. We love our new bathroom, the choice of materials, color scheme and updated fixtures have transformed the entire space. “We went in to see Peter & co with some ideas as to what we wanted done to the house. However, the design team had their own thoughts and came up with a number of ideas that we hadn't considered. This process of itself was very useful because we ended up with a project aligned with what we really needed over what we thought we needed. Once the project started it ran smoothly. The project management was first rate - we were always kept informed of what was happening, where there might be potential pinch points etc. And the work either by the Feinmann carpentry team or by sub-contractors was excellent. We have ended up with two spaces that have transformed our house and the Feinmann team delivered from start to finish.”

“If we could give Molla Builders TEN stars, we would. Dennis and his crew are exceptional (and while we will not be renovating again for a while!), we would hire him back in a heartbeat. Professional, respectful, reliable, communicative, great eye for design and a sense of humor. Dennis and his team delivered well beyond our expectations. This was our first renovation and it was major, which can be scary. Our project was a full gut job of both the kitchen and bathroom in our 1914 condo, aka lots of demo and lots of mess! There wasn't a day, even in the midst of serious demo, that we couldn't walk through and take a look at the progress. The job site was always in remarkably clean condition. In fact, I had family members who are in this industry make comments that, 'nobody cleans up like this everyday.' Dennis and his team were always there when they said they would be, on time, and worked a number of late nights to push for us to be able to get back in just in time for Christmas. The finished work and attention to detail that led to the final product is just sensational. We are beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. We felt safe and lucky with Dennis & the Molla Builders Crew (subs and all) every day in our home. Throughout this process, we found ourselves saying time and time again how grateful we felt to have found Dennis. We couldn't be happier to have worked with Molla Builders, we will undoubtedly use them on any future projects and fully endorse them to anyone looking for a top contractor, he is the best.”
