“Smart Interiors created by Kim Smart is located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. I recently had the opportunity, and good fortune of working with Kim on my home update project. I found her to be the Ultimate Interior Designer. Highly recommended by a friend, I immediately contacted Smart Interiors. After we discussed design ideas and expectations, I knew that my project was in good hands with Kim. My home update project included the kitchen, office, living room, dining room, bedrooms, entry hallway, new furniture, color pallets, fabrics, rugs, lighting and paint. Upon project completion my tired old home was transformed into the “GEM” I had dreamed about for years. It is now bright, light and updated with a spectacular SoCal coastal vibe. I absolutely love it! It literally sparkles! Kim in action was impressive. Her artistic talent and design creativity was amazing. She was always positive, upbeat and an interesting person to be around. My phone calls and questions were returned and answered in a timely manner. Her venders were top notch. I admired her attention to detail and that made a big impact. I strongly recommend Smart Interiors/Kim Smart for her creativity, skill set and knowledge in the arena of Interior Design. Would I use Smart Interiors in the future? ALWAYS!”

“Deciding on an architect can be confusing. However, after many conversations with Tilghman Herring, we decided that he was the right person for us. We chose wisely. Over the following 6 months or so, Tilghman designed the ideal home for our inter coastal waterway lot. During the design phase, he listened to what we wanted (low maintenance and energy efficiency) and incorporated our vision into the design. He also brought many innovations in the design that we had not considered. With Tilghman’s help, we interviewed 4 top quality builders before deciding on one. At that point, we essentially formed a team that worked on the construction of our dream home. All (the contractor, the architect, and The Hargroves) are happy with our home. If you’re thinking about building a high quality home and are looking for a outstanding architect, please take the time to talk to Tilghman Herring. You will be pleased. Alex & Nora Hargrove”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Big Sky Design on numerous dental offices in the Fayetteville area and a Hampton Inn & Suites in Hartsville SC. We are currently working together on another hotel project in Knightdale NC. The designers are very creative, thorough and timely. Very willing to go the extra mile to complete a job and stay within budget. I have truly enjoyed working with this group and hope that we will do more projects together.
