He designed our entire backyard from start to finish, including the hardscaping, plants and garden areas, lighting, and drainage. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and really took the time to understand our vision and bring it to life. One of the things we appreciated most was how accommodating he was with revisions. He was happy to make as many changes as we needed at no additional cost, which made the design process feel collaborative and stress-free. “In 2017 we undertook a major backyard renovation with Pacific Outdoor Living, resurfacing a 1950’s era pool, adding a jacuzzi, a heater, and a lot of pavers. POL was very professional, with detailed blueprints, timelines, and cost breakdowns. The entire project finished on time and on budget. Nine years later we couldn’t be happier as the pool and jacuzzi have held up remarkably well with no issues.”

She swept through, assessing our place, our lives (busy jobs, 2 kids and 2 dogs, love to host), chatted with us at length about what we wanted and came back with beautiful and practical ideas that not only did what we asked for, but also offered options for pushing a little further; she showed us what >could< be. And we loved it. She's a genuine dream weaver. Our place is gorgeous, gives us space and options we didn't have before and we regularly get compliments on the areas she redesigned for us; our yards, our kitchen and dining room. We'd never invested in a remodel of that scale and we were expecting our 2nd child at the time, so... a lot was uncertain for us. Wendy walked us through it all with confidence, patience and joy.
