“We were planning to tear out the hedge all along the back of our property and needed some suggestions for native evergreens that would provide food for birds. We had Peggy come out for a consultation and were thrilled with her ideas. The existing hedge was wax myrtle, which is native here, and Peggy recommended leaving some of that and filling in with other natives rather than tearing everything out and starting over. There is nothing formal about our landscaping and her recommendations look beautiful. She also helped us get the plants we needed. And, by not removing the entire hedge, we saved money in removal and replacement costs. Thanks, Peggy! We look forward to our next project.”

“Sterling Landscapes is our go to landscape maintenance service. Horticultural background and knowledgeable expertise provide a high level in Landscape planning, installation, seasonal trimming and maintenance for healthy trees/shrubs all through our 2.5 acre waterfront property! All lawn maintenance from enhancing soil condition, scheduling seasonal applications of fertilization, mowing, trimming and debris cleaning of property is performed in efficient and timely scheduling. "Special" projects are all approached with a can do attitude. Would highly recommend Sterling Landscapes to Full Resident AND 2nd home property owners. Began using Sterling Landscapes upon purchase of home in 2011 and turned the property maintenance service over to Sterling Landscapes, as this property was a second home/seasonal rental property from 2011 to 2016. Full confidence was established early on in the trust we placed in Sterling Landscapes to maintain the property appearance and entry appeal. We never had any concerns of the integrity of services performed, while living 635 miles away from the property. ATTENTION: 2nd HOME / SEASONAL / RENTAL and Primary Residence owners ... “Complete lawn renovation front and rear. Killing the old lawn, testing the soil, aeration and seeding, and fertilizing with the right nutrients. Also, installed an drainage system so that rain water would no longer flood our courtyard.”
