Special thanks to Juan and Hemi who explained the entire job before they even started, protected the floor, surrounding area and even their shoes before they started work. They worked diligently doing the furnace installation stopping every so often to answer my questions. After they completed the installation, they ensured it ran perfectly including the AC they didn't install, and cleaned up the area and took their trash away with. They also explained the work they performed and how the furnace worked before leaving. I now have a contract with C&C and I plan to be a customer for a long time.”

“We just completed a long overdue bathroom renovation in our UWS pre-war and for anyone who's done major gut work in a building this old, you know how difficult and stressful this can be. After getting 7 bids both from Houzz and a few referrals, it was obvious John and Calina had the experience and approach we were looking for in a partner for this project. This husband/wife team are a breadth of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry and are not only realistic and up front about everything, they do excellent work with exceptional attention to detail. They took a problem solving approach to any issues throughout the project, helped make suggestions, but most importantly were open to our ideas. We had a design in our head (sketched on a scrap of paper actually) which John brought to life in the most incredible way. What he was able to do in such a small space was mind blowing and he was especially patient working with our must-have custom cement tile which we found out later was quite challenging. We couldn't be happier and even found another project to have John work on while we waited for some fixtures and materials that were on back order. My only regret is that we don't have another renovation project on hand but when we do, John and Calina will be our go-to!”
