“Although my wife and I faced many difficulties and delays with our remodel, Butler Flooring remained the one bright spot throughout the process! The job we asked them to undertake included a massive amount of tiled area, flooring that was uneven, warped, and bowed, multiple types of transitions, one custom rug, a tile surround for a fireplace, and cutting tile around a kitchen island that was anything but square.
Not only did all of that get done exactly the way we wanted it but Cindy and Rob were incredibly patient with the scheduling snafus created by other vendors and responsive to our requests to fit in our work when needed.
Cindy was excellent at meeting us at their shop so we could spend a couple of hours (each time) walking on different carpets, laying out tiles against other color samples, and even allowed us to take several different types of tiles and carpet samples home so we could see them in place.
Every bit of the finished product is precisely what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.”
