“Abbey Flooring of Elk Grove has been doing work with my family for many years. When it was time for me to upgrade my flooring, it was a very easy decision. Spike and his crew are a team of professionals from helping pick out the right flooring, to getting an accurate estimate, and finally the installation. Their pricing is extremely competitive and Spike was willing to work with me to complete my project within the allotted budget.
Spike was involved throughout the project and checked in during the install. The way he managed my project was top notch. Sam the installer was a true craftsman that kept the job site clean. There were some tricky areas to the install that he developed good clean solutions. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.
Now having lived with the floors for over a year I am still happy with the choice. Visitors always notice and give compliments. If you are looking for new floors from tile to wood to carpet, Abbey Floors should be your first choice.”

“Herb did an absolutely fantastic job installing my high quality flooring, underlayment, and baseboards. He was super respectful of my recent new front door, painted walls and over all improvements from other trades, which I really appreciated. He was easy to work with, on time, provided excellent communication, with a very reasonable price. He came highly recommended to me from the flooring/tile shop we used to order all our quartz, tile and laminate from. On top of all that, he is just a nice person with a good work ethic. He treated my home as his own. Do not hesitate to call him. He is the 5th contractor we have had at our house in the last 5 months, and he was hands down better than all the others, whom I vetted meticulously. We do construction work ourselves, so we have pretty high standards for tidy, well done work. He will not disappoint.”

“We had a great experience with NG Floors on this large, whole-house hardwood floor installation. I was impressed by their responsiveness and conscientiousness. This was a tough job on an older house. What's important is how a contractor deals with the client when unanticipated problems arise. Throughout this project, Nazar and his team worked with us to overcome each obstacle in a way that was fair for both sides.
Eugene and his team were very conscientious, working carefully and cleanly, and unilaterally doing helpful things like cleaning up after other subs, organizing materials on the project and leaving the house clean at the end of each day. They went out of their way to ask me questions about what I wanted in a particular situation or explaining why they were going to do something a certain way. Their attention to detail is important and shows a pride in workmanship often lacking with contractors.
NG Floors was in the middle of the pack on price compared to other bids that we received, but delivered a superior result and a great value for the cost, especially when considering that we probably would have paid full markup on the subfloor install with another contractor.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with them and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”

“David and his crew are awesome! We purchased a 1920's house with original hardwood floors, which were in pretty bad shape. David's crew ripped up several areas of the floor that were really soft and replaced the subfloor and then replaced the hardwood. He also sealed up a basement entrance. It all looks seamless! The floors are beautiful, exactly what I wanted; a matte finish with no yellow tint. To add to it, he is very responsive and shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. His prices are also very competitive. I've worked with a lot of contractors and trades in the last 3 years and there are very few that I would actually recommend to anyone, but David is one of the few.”
