From the beginning, I showed Evan ideas of what I wanted (modern "hotel bathroom" - thanks Houzz for putting my ideas into picture) plus it had to be easy to clean. He went the extra mile and checked a leak we had around the vent pipe on the roof and addressed some other issues that made the renovation not just pretty but functional.
