“My husband and I hired Vertical Connection Carpet One to install hardwood floors on our entire first floor. We met with Adam, son of the owner, and he spent at least an hour with us discussing our flooring options. His expertise helped guide us into the right decision for the type of hardwood we should install. The gentleman that worked in our house were of the utmost of professionalism. They removed all of the old flooring, moved all of the furniture and then replaced it in each room. They even put the felt coasters on the bottom of all of the legs of the furniture so our new floors would not be scratched. Our hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful and have really improved the appearance of our first floor rooms. We couldn't be happier.”

“Steve Rados and his company are extremely professional. He came to measure at the appointed time and brought a good array of carpet samples. The carpet was installed two weeks later, also at the specified time. I received emails to remind me of the installation. The two installers were courteous, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable about installing carpet. They showed me what they were going to do and how they would do it. They were very careful when moving furniture out of and back into the room -- something that was important to me. They carefully cleaned up when done. I thought the price was very fair. I would absolutely use Friends & Family Flooring again and would definitely recommend them.”

Every single one is a beautiful piece of art, bringing character and style to my home. They are all unique in their design, and in my opinion, the quality of every rug I received is outstanding - to the touch and to the eye. The colors are as displayed on the website, and the rugs seems meticulously constructed and solid.
Like many buyers, it is a difficult thing to buy such items from the internet, because one does not know initially what we will receive and who we are dealing with. I looked around, read many reviews, and decided to try with one first. I was very impressed with the carpet, that I proceeded to buy from ALRUG all the rugs for my new home. I was not disappointed. Very importantly, the rugs are at accessible prices, making it possible to own beautiful carpets in one's home.
ALRUG's selection is outstanding. What is also noteworthy, is that they will find exactly what you want if you do not immediately find it in their current selection. The choices seem vast. When I saw an item of interest, I presented it to them and requested a particular size or a different color variation - they found exactly what I was looking for.
From purchase to delivery, my experience has been that each step was executed professionally, ethically and seamlessly. The rugs arrived in excellent condition, and very promptly. The company and its team have proven very friendly and reliable, and I am grateful for their contribution - making my home beautiful and rendering the experience most pleasant.
