“William Beard Flooring deserves the highest of service praises. They have provided us / our family and friends with ongoing exemplary service for over 3 years now. When I initially contacted them, I wasn't too sure what it was we needed although I knew the look we wanted. Joe was quickly able to understand our requirements and propose a variety of standard and custom options within very short timeframes. When it came to installation, they were professional, respectful, clean and very well organised considering their labor. They stuck to their estimates and timelines and worked diligently to ensure we (the customers) were happy with their ongoing efforts etc. Not only were we very pleased with the end result but our families and friends upon seeing the work decided they too would have to use William Beard on a variety of projects they were working on (4 other properties!). Not surprisingly, Joe, Will and team worked to the same high standards and finish on all of these projects! We have nothing but praise for these guys, they are a breath of fresh air and expertise in an industry crowded with cowboys and sub par suppliers and we unseramoniously recommend and trust them!”

“Naos Floors are quite simply the BEST company that I have dealt with in relation to our extensive house renovations (coming up to five years now). They have put in all the limestone floors, wooden floors (both UFH) bathroom tiling, fireplace surrounds, hearths and carpeting for us, all to very high standards. “I met Shak and Joe whilst exhibiting at numerous trade shows and they were always super friendly so I knew who to call upon when it came to new flooring in our new kitchen extension! We visited the warehouse in Essex and I shared many images with them using Houzz ideabooks then Shak and Joe worked with us to present different options within our limited budget. They were very patient with me as I am notoriously indecisive and picky so there were many emails back and forth and phone calls before I finally made up my mind. We decided to go for a very natural distressed oak finish and we could not be happier with the end result! Thanks again to Shak and the team, we look forward to sharing more images once the whole ground floor is complete.”
