“So happy I worked with JNI Construction. I have a small bathroom that needed a larger shower, paint, fixtures and new vanity. While it sounds simple, this did involve moving the shower drain and plumbing lines, pouring concrete, cutting existing tile, etc. I got quotes from Kohler and Jacuzzi which were over $25K for the shower re-do alone. JNI Construction was able to give me a much more affordable estimate (under $15K, which was my hoped-for budget) and then completed the project meticulously. This project took about 2 weeks, and they even came on weekends to make sure the timeline stayed efficient. They identified and corrected work that had been improperly done in the past (water shutoff valves hidden in the wall with no access, improper concrete work, insufficient wall support for the shower panels), and saw to every detail (like somehow finding matching 2000s era tile to fill in a gap in the flooring). Even though additional work was done, they only minimally raised the estimate. Whenever another professional was on site, like a licensed plumber or the shower glass installer, they were always here assisting and overseeing as well. Excellent communication and care throughout the project, genuinely nice people, family business, extremely fair price and high quality work. I trust them, recommend them highly, and will absolutely be contacting them for additional projects for my home. I have worked with other contractors in the past who were just "okay" but I was extremely happy with JNI. In the phots, the dark walls/silver shower are "before."”
