“A very positive experience having Patrick and his team finish my basement. Patrick was always very responsive and updated us daily while we were on vacation during part of the project. I had a very specific vision for the style (Japandi) and function (dance space and ample storage) for the basement, Patrick helped me create an unique basement space that I don’t think other companies would’ve been willing to do. He was always very receptive to feedback, and gave us great suggestions too. We actually incorporated some of his suggestions during the process and the final result is so much better because of it! Patrick’s whole team was professional and respectful of our house. We felt comfortable giving them access to our house while we were away and they took great care of it. Project total wasn’t too far off from the original estimate. Patrick went above and beyond to minimize material cost without compromising on the quality and integrity, which we appreciated a lot. “We hired Chermark Renovations for a complete basement renovation which included a laundry room, fitness room, large open office and living space, and the addition of a full bathroom. Mark was a pleasure to work with right from the initial estimate, and I don't think we could have had a better experience with anyone else. Everyone on Mark's team and the various subcontractors that worked on the basement were just as great to work with and delivered high quality results on everything they did. Mark was great in listening to my millions of questions and delivered on everything we asked for and then some, always ensuring we were happy with the results. Mark also always made us aware of any additional costs prior to any additional work so there were zero surprises in the budget.
