We hired Cornerstone last year to install French drains and a channel drain near our pool to prevent flooding during heavy rains. While the drains work well, the channel drain installation was a mess. We had Terri come back out to inspect the work and she agreed to replace the channel drain. After a month of rain delays, we had decided not to go forward with sod in a portion of the yard. We got no response on fixing the shoddy channel drain installation. I guess the fact that we were no longer doing the sod made us no longer worth it. So much for pride in your work. Do not hire these people.

I emailed with Mr. Meeley over this past weekend and Cornerstone is fixing the issue with the drain. Unfortunately, we let this one slip through the cracks. We are not perfect, but we will follow up and get this taken care of for the Meeley's.
From Mr. Meeley's email to me tonight- the reason the drain was installed the way it was, Cornerstone was working with unknown circumstances and did the best they could to accommodate what the homeowner couldn't provide an explanation. We are still willing to return to make things right. We are not a company that doesn't honor their contract. Even when the work is outside the contract.
