I'm so jealous, it's a stunning property

Gorgeous renovation! Makes the area much more accessible, usable and visually pleasing.

Beautifully done renovation that celebrates the history of the home, and its surroundings. The texture of the stone against the shingles, and planting are perfection!

Glorious! In addition to the plantings, I love the attention to detail such as the gravel edging.

What a challenging project! Natural springs, clay soil and sloping backyard. The solutions and plant choices are wonderful. From non-descript to multifunctional. My only question is why the greenhouse if the clients don't garden?

This is just stunning. I saved every pic for inspiration. The ingenious design with the slope and path meandering down to the unique fire pit is just so cool. On top of it, instead of ripping everything out, Simon Orchard used the Japanese maple, smoke bush, and other existing plantings to serve as a beautiful backdrop for the new plantings. I love that.

Stunning! I love the details, like the reproduction push button switches. The light fixtures and hardware are beautiful.

Love how Lori Steeves managed to seamlessly blend East Coast charm with sleek West Coast modernism that mossy green color-drenching in the butler's pantry is stunning! Layering warm wood tones and mixed metals brings so much cozy character to the space; sourcing transitional furniture pieces from places like RC Willey or Pottery Barn would fit this exact relaxed-yet-refined aesthetic perfectly.

Nice job Foofaraw! Thanks for sharing.

Beautifully done! Lots of thought was put into this - and it shows.

Great jobs👍
