What type of ventilation is used above the Wolf range? - I don't see a hood and the microwave is built in off to the side. What is used to vent smells/steam/smoke?

Is polished brass making a comeback? - My husband and I built our house 26 years ago. We are now preparing it for sale in the next few years. Should we de-brass?
