Hi Liz - I’m in the same boat now and cannot find a good warm white small hex that is rated for a shower floor. What did you end up with?

I love the color it is. Looks teal on my screen.

Love Trace's dark charcoal with the light green door, I agree it makes the house quite stately, lovely!

Keep in mind that Ben Moore Black Forest Green is almost black. I have it on my fence and it's VERY dark.

I love it but you need to make sure that's what you want.

I wear shorts when it's in the 30's. But I'm A woman in her 60's.
September is when life is pretty much over as far as this far upper North East Peninsula dweller goes. I'm only happy two months of the year anyway, and I'm going to be miserable starting tomorrow, and plan on remaining miserable until April when I'll start to get semi-miserable. I'm happy in June because July is coming, but I can't really enjoy June because it's when summer starts ending---days getting shorter and all. May is okay because July is coming and the days are still building. August is really, really nice in Maine, but I hate every minute of it because it means July is over and September is coming. I hate August more than January---August portraying itself as nicer than it is---hiding its insidious underside.
I am a heat and humidity worshiper, which is easy to say if you're lucky enough to have a clean, spring-fed lake in your front yard. I get angry when the weather reporters say, "The weather is going to get nicer next week" because they really mean it's going to be less humid, not nicer. When did weather reporting get so subjective?
I am freshly back from a road trip to Wisconsin, fishin' for Blue Gill on the Mississippi.
I was in heaven the whole trip because every day was hot and humid. I don't have air conditioning in my home (although most Mainers do now). I do in the car, but I didn't dare use it, because I wasn't sure where the EV chargers were on my route. I rode with my windows down the whole trip and wondered if the wind affected my mpk even more than running the air would have. I only had one or two nerve-wracking incidents the whole trip and they were my fault---me poo-poohing advance planning.
It was funny, though; I drove through all these states, where all y'all are from, and I never saw a single compost pile. It sure was pretty---corn fields were separated by flowing, irregular, river-like rows of soybeans. The land was so flat in places, you could see 15 or 20 large farms all at once, their mixed-crop fields dipping and undulating.
I thought I had several more hours before experiencing my annual emotional crash, but then I saw this thread from Klem asking if it was cold enough for me yet. 55 F this morning, but I was going to try to forget about it until tomorrow.
Somewhere in Ohio:
Eleven of my closest friends, I met here on the old Garden Web in 1997---29 years ago. We all got Disneyed by Spike and eventually found our way back to each other. We vacation together fairly regularly. A group of us spent Thanksgiving together last Nov. and six of us met in Cassville, WI last week. Flora actually used to know all of us, too, back then. I always regret she didn't get swept up with us.
Three former Garden Webbers who stayed on shore while three others of us fished.
