Printesa if you don’t mind posting one of your upper corners of your window. The only thing that first comes to mind is when we ordered roller shades for my daughter‘s garden room, her windows are quite long and to roll or raise, if you will, that roller shade all the way to the top to completely open the view, the role got too thick. They only roll up about 3/4 of the way. You can extend that hardware to hold those roller shades up in there, but only so far and that moves the role, protruding, outside of your casing. That problem was unforeseen when I installed her shades.

When measuring for an inside mount, you want to measure the top, then midway down then the bottom widthS. I’m not sure if online told you that. You have to take a common measurement from those three because sometimes the top is different than the bottom, unfortunately. A roller shade is probably going to have the largest gap on the sides because the way they mount in there with the pins for the springs. It’s not a large gap, but it is larger than most other types of window dressings for inside mounts.

The material was delivered today for my porch roof project to commence tomorrow morning. He’ll also be replacing the rotted underpinning around the porch, which is not a lot but needs to be done. I know for a fact that when he shows up Missy and her two kittens will run under the house so before we close that up, we’re going to have to do something. I may in fact close it up while they’re out before he gets here with something if I can find it around here. There’s other places they can go as they will be frightened for sure. I hate doing that to them, but the work is going to have to be done back here. I’m certain they will love the new set up when it’s done because I’m moving the big cat house over beside the porch and they’ll have their feeding station and their winter digs all in one place. And good for me to be pretty close to the back door under the new roof. There is the sheet metal and the extra gutter length that will be delivered tomorrow because it didn’t come in the package today. When I text the contractor to see what time he would be over in the morning he said oh we’re starting next week. Well he’s such a funny guy 😂 and by the way, even though this is only a two day project, I only deposited half of his labor expenses and will wait until he’s finished and I’m happy with the results, then he can have the other half. Funny, I asked him if he wanted coffee in the morning and he asked me if I had creamer? No, I only have milk 😃 so that goes to show the most unexpected level of favorites can come from any direction lol.

For info, getting materials for Christmas decor ideas, may be slower than before. Hence, a reason (read excuse) for posting now. I actually waited until into October! I ordered this fabric 3-4 weeks ago. And just got them a few days ago.

Here in MI I think I can transplant my hydrangeas this month. I whispered it cause I think they are nervous that my "hands of a killer" will be coming for them. I'm telling them I'll have someone else do the planting. Printesa how do I know what kind I have? Have about 18 plants, 4-5' H, big leaves & 5-6" pink flower heads. Sun, no Sun? I have a lot of places for them. Says I can divided now. They will love having room to spread out their branches where they can really bloom in the Spring. Are Siberian Iris good they bloom twice?

My body is on CA time, sleep cycle is off from the locals. I'm just waiting for those around me to wake. Oh heck can't wait, it's after 8 so I called my friend -- yes woke her from sleep to make sure she doesn't eat and will she go have German Pancakes. YEAH, we are going to have the pancakes. Now waiting for her to get a little more sleep. TIC TOCK. Even have my purse, keys and EX-Large tea mug by the door.

Yesterday, I officially learned that I am OLD and particular, when I heard my friend's daughter say, "here let me push your A S S up into my vehicle." and then she did literally or there was no getting up and into it. Ugh. I only live and pray I never hear those words again from anyone. Why don't younger people like luxury vehicles? Oh no, they have to drive something that rattles their brains while on the road. I looked 6 yr. old next to this monster car/thing. The next thing I knew was that I was tossed into the front seat like a sausage. I may never have lunch with her again until her brain cells calm down.

Michele i’ve slightly jealous of places that can grow hydrangeas in other colours like Vancouver can. The blue hydrangeas there are everywhere. Mine turned a nice colour this year darker than usual.
