Nature's Beauty Inspires a Condo Refresh
For a retired entomologist, this whimsical dragonfly print was delightful. The shaping of the Dining Room valance is the same as the valances in the adjacent Living room, but contrast banding adds color. Similar to art "breaking the frame" in a painting, dragonflies were machine appliqued and embroidered to "fly free" over the banding as well as behind it.
