This was a pre-sale project. We remodeled the master bath, shared bath, and guest suite bath. Painting and patching was extensive, along with granite, custom cabinet work in the kitchen and family room, tile backsplash for the kitchen and butler's pantry, lighting changes, deck repair/refinishing, etc. The house was put on the market on a Friday, and received multiple bids, resulting in 2 offers over the original asking price. A contract was signed in 5 days.
