Hillside Pool
Extensive contemporary outdoor renovation featuring a pool, hot tub outdoor kitchen and dining and a Miso fire pit.
Wildflower is a major project by Flintstones Masonry & Home Improvements and is located on a hillside in Victoria, BC. The backyard of the home was so steeply sloping prior to the project, that is was virtually unusable. Extensive manipulation of grades allowed for a raised pool deck and kitchen area resulting in an expansive area for the clients to enjoy and entertain on. The project features a complementary combination of materials with varying and contrasting textures: coloured concrete, pre-cast concrete, flamed basalt, ledge stone, and pairs beautifully with the ideally situated, hand cast concrete, Paloform Miso firepit.
