An Award winning home in Winter Park Florida. Built as a Live-in model by Local Custom Builder IBK Construction. The Kitchen features a traditional barrel vaulted ceiling in venetian plaster with dark Egyptian Limestone flooring. These elements are mixed with modern stainless materials and shapes. The Island top is from reclaimed fir beams while the casework is by Executive Cabinetry in renewable Lyptus wood painted with a waterborn black paint. Full height Quartz backsplash by Cambria in "Castell" unifies the flooring and ceiling tones. The appliances are simple in design but the impact is not to be underestimated. A 36" refrigerator and 36" Freezer surround a 27" Wine Cooler. The cooking is handled by a 60" Wold Dual Fuel Range under a 66" Wold Ventelation Unit.
